Afirmative action is restitution for the years of suffering caused by jim crow laws, not racism.

And, somehow your feeling of exclusion is more important than theirs. Got it. /smdh

We all know that racism is real. We have a President who filibustered the appointment to the DC Circuit of Judge Janice Rogers Brown, because being black, she was not allowed to have views that deviated from his. Clarence Thomas is suffering the same attacks by racists. Biden proudly proclaimed that Blacks that don't share his demented views aren't Black. How is that for in your face racism?!

Racists worship the statue of Robert Byrd in the Capitol and honor White Supremacist Stephen Douglas with a memorial in Chicago. Those same racists tore down the statues of abolitionist Frederick Douglass and Abraham Lincoln.

We should never forget that the patron saint of progressivism, Woodrow Wilson, segregated the Civil Service and resurrected the KKK.

We know that there is still racism because despite a century and a half that has transpired, Democrats still haven't forgiven us for freeing their slaves.

Clearly the only solution in solving racism is to villify white people in every social standard while propping up black people. As that's done wonders so far in creating less racism...

    Oh wait.

Has anyone noticed that unless we’re talking about a border wall or the origins of a deadly virus, racism, as described by the left, only applies to one specific group and only comes from one specific group?

Could you give me information about constitutional amendment that allow white male discrimination?
I only know about equal protection under the law anchored in U.S. Constitution.
Affirmative actions provide special privileges, so it is systemic racism.

I think you are missing the point.
    White male discrimination is unconstitutional.
We can talk about racism only after white male discrimination is abolished.

If it was truly restitution, Republicans who fought and died freeing Democrats' slaves would receive restitution as well.

Democrats cooked the asylum books to prevent Jews from fleeing the Holocaust. FDR, Breckenridge Long and Democrats in general have blood on their hands. Despite my family being murdered due to Democrat policies, I was told that because my dead ancestors were privileged, I had to work harder to get into college.

The good news is I wasn't shackled to the Democrat economic jailhouse by LBJ's disgusting attack on lower income people and did just fine. The only way I could have done better is if Democrats weren't so in love with coal that they buried the nuclear and hydroelectric industries I was attached to at the time.

Well as it inevitably creates further racism as racist ideologies grow as a result...I want to be there and declare "told ya so"

And about the period leading up to the Tulsa Race Massacre, Dick Roland, etc.

    https://www.readfrontier.org/storie...gilantes-exposing-the-founders-of-tulsas-kkk/
A prominent Vanderbilt-trained attorney and a successful state politician, Hudson was in many respects the ideal lawyer for Roland. With one glaring exception.

Wash Hudson was the leader of Oklahoma’s Ku Klux Klan.

Hudson’s father served as a Cyclops in the Tennessee Klan following the Civil War. Wash saw Tulsa as a lawless city, and relished the chance to lead the Klan as an opportunity to fight crime.

    ,,,,
With the strong, Democratic, political clout of the Klan behind Hudson, the Republican Rogers was soundly defeated, later joking he had the Klan to thank for keeping him out of politics. Rogers removed himself from the Klavern, while the diminutive Hudson continued marching to the Klan Klubhouse on North Main until the bitter end.

It's like I've said. The KKK is the militant arm of the Democrat Party. Tulsa Mayors leading up to 1921 were mostly Democrats.

Yes, systemic racism against whites (written into laws).
There is no any kind of racism against blacks.

I’m sorry what do you think you showed? That video had to reach back 120 years ago and then 70 years ago to find ANY semblance of explicit discrimination of blacks in law.

You haven’t provided one example of explicit discrimination by the government against blacks in place today.

Now I understand, if jim crow racist policy's don't exist then racism has been magically eliminated. Got it.

You can’t eliminate racism. That’s impossible. Racism on an individual level cannot be erased.

What we are expected to do is remove racism out of government policy. That’s what INSTITUTIONAL racism means. Institutional racism is when the government engages in racism against a group or groups. THAT we are supposed to eliminate. And we did that for blacks. Now y’all are creating institutional racism against whites under the premise of payback.

I don't really believe that racists can change.

But, putting a total end to tolerating racism in any situation is still a valid objective.

What it CAN do is allow for actual change as new generations arise.
