    The important step is to note that by population studies, etc. it was found that they WERE underserved.

    I'm certainly happy with someone studying how that happened. And, there are plenty of possible reasons.

    However, the fact that health and even life were at risk is certainly a good enough justification for taking action.

    The "why" is actually the only thing that matters.

    Eg they could have been too busy torturing kittens to go get their vaccination. Or maybe they were too lazy. Or maybe they were full of hubris and didn't think they'd need it. Or maybe they just wanted to middle finger The Man.

    The why is everything. Without it you have nothing.

    Besides, there isn't time for starting up a federal investigation.

    There was ONE thing needed - getting vaccines to those who weren't getting them even though they wanted them.

    You have got it right, it is government discrimination of people of Caucasian race.
    There is no definition of "institutional" racisms, No one knows what "institutional" means.
    It is all fake news, created by Democrat party to attract black voters.
    Special rights policy is detrimental to the democracy and social structure.

    They were so miserably hateful toward the Obamas and even questioned their sexuality. Someone else's sex life is their business for reasons I don't get and they will post photos in an effort to disparage people they hate. However, they are silent on this. I have no doubts that if any other male did this kind of thing, they would be all over it.

    Just the fact you need to write that sentence is evidence. The "history" that shows this country being birthed only by white, heterosexual males is REQUIRED for all school age children. But, teaching a more balanced and fair representation is somehow deemed "hateful" toward white kids. What does that make the curriculums that have existed since schools were started until now for all other children? /smdh

    There is some overt discrimination against white people in order to compensate for private discrimination against and overt discrimination against minorities.
    Institutional racism is real. What, if anything, to do about it is the question.
    Exploited by Democrats? Yes. Real? Yes.
    Fair treatment of all peoples is a good idea and this will require putting pressure on bigots of all races.

    This administration is sleep-walking us into nuclear Armageddon but they are doing it with grace and civility amirite? New York is now putting out PSAs on what to do in the case of a nuclear attack. Last time that happened was the 70s.

    That's why we have an entire month set up to celebrate gays and transgenders... because they just want to be left alone. They certainly are not making their sex lives the world's business. It is totally not weird at all they have an especially high interest in meeting young children.
