Sure. A greater percentage of blacks have difficulty establishing clear title to their property and it's difficult and/or impossible for them to get some forms of government help available to homeowners.

Affirmative action USED to be equal access. That you couldn't be denied based on identity. NOW it means we are looking for equal outcomes so we are granting access based on identity. Which is hateful and racist.

Universities know that their product, education, is enhanced when there is variety in the student body.

Besides academics and indications of drive, they look for variety in wealth, in location (including internationally), and in other dimensions. Race is very obviously an important dimension, especially in a country that has the level of racism we have.

Education is one of the key ways we can reduce racism.

Making it illegal to do what is best for education, especially when consistent with an approach to reducing racism is just plain stupid.

And, none of this is about "equal outcomes".

 

Your side doesn’t have fluctuating standards? Your side doesn’t choose which side of an issue to take until they know who the players are. If I said person A shot person B many on the left wouldn’t know what to think until they knew the race, gender, immigration status or religion of both people.

Racism exists in law, or it doesn't. Currently the only racism existent in law is against whites.

Beyond laws, you have only individual private opinion. IE, nothing. Not relevant, not measurable, and certainly not police-able.

Don’t forget, people voted for Obama because it was historic, in other words they voted for him just because he was black and against his opponent because he was white.
