Concentration camps? Where were those? Are you saying that there were government-run concentration camps, and that freed Negro slaves were imprisoned in them? Please provide details, because this is a totally new story I'd never heard of before.

The thing is, laws/traditions/customs or whatever anyone wants to label them change throughout history. And what the problem is, everyone in the past will fail against today's laws/traditions/customs. In the future, we today will fail laws/traditions/customs of the future.

When slavery happened, it happened within those laws/traditions/customs at that time because that was the laws/traditions/customs at that time. The Romans used to bugger young boys, we don't practice that and it's illegal. Woman vote, they were never allowed to.

So the past is the past and just because the past fails today's laws/traditions/customs, then we shouldn't be held to account. To think otherwise, is bizarre.

My schooling here in the U. S. took me all the way through a Bachelor's Degree, Esau, and in no course of study was I ever taught that there were ever concentration camps for Negroes, whether "slave" or "free", in the United States of America. I am reasonably certain that there were none in the Confederate States of America, either, because Negro slaves were valuable property which had to be bought, paid for, and made economically productive. They were a commercial commodity.

No, the only "concentration camps" we ever had in the U. S. were those that the Franklin Roosevelt government filled with people of Japanese descent during World War II.

OK, it is clear now that you cannot name a location for any such "concentration camps" for Negroes, whether slave or freed-man. You cannot tell us anything about these supposed "concentration camps" at all, really.
