An invitation is not a subpoena. They did not subpoena Biden because they know damned well that they have no legal grounds to compel him.

Seriously, you guys need to deal with the reality here, which is that there is no evidence, there never was. If they had evidence, they would subpoena his appearance. Actually, he would already have been impeached.

Not really. I think they're obligated to keep at it at least until the election. They don't have any real mud to throw, so they're using this complete waste of taxpayer money to throw up as much shade as possible. Given the inattention of most voters, vague rumors of this sort could well tickle the backs of their minds enough to tip the balance.
