Ahh but ziggy we are talking about gillard NOT any other politician.
You are the one that said I should respect her and point to things in YOUR OPINION that showed why. I just mearly pointed out why you are wrong...

Ah but again you are wrong ziggy... I would show her a little respect the very instant she either does something worth it or calls an election so we can boot her out.

Abbott accepts that anthropogenic global warming is occurring and his party plans to implement emission reduction targets and use tax payers money to pay polluters to achieve them

You have shown that your extremist views find this completely unacceptable.

Are you saying you agree with Abbott now and are in favour of using tax money to reduce carbon emissions?

    One has to earn respect.

    Simple really;

    Ain't me dude ;)

Anyway as to my argument that we should respect our PM, no matter who it is, barring some major breach of the constitution or other illegal activity, I rest my case. I'm not going to argue about it. She is the PM, she should be respected. Just like Rudd should have been respected, just like Howard should have been respected and just like every PM past, present and future should be respected. Calling her a clown, a witch, a (*)(*)(*)(*)(*), etc, is pathetically immature. That's all, and yes it's just an opinion.

    Respect Rudd?

    You gotta be joking!

Abusing that female military staff girl on the VIP jet because the meal wasn't to his liking?

Throwing a tantrum in the war zone in Afghanistan because there was no hairdryer?

Expletive-laden abuse of senators in his office at Parliament House, including women/present?

Expletive-laden abuse of staff and tossing of papers in a limo, to the shock of the driver?

The verbose drivel '24/7'...including his teary departure speech that lasted what, nearly 20 minutes?

Groping teen strippers in that club in NYC while drunk?

Pink batts pathetic, incompetent, and rorted scheme that saw 4 young men die.
Rudd and co paid out millions/hundreds of millions, who knows how much to rorters, one scam they paid claims/subsidies for was where the rorters were saying they'd installed pink batts in all units in blocks... of course only the top floor has a roof!

"We didn't have time to dot the i's and cross the T's"...Rudd govt.

More like completey useless and incompetent.

$650,000 of taxpayers money wasted on how many ridiculous school BER canteens etc:

Canteen a 'lost chance' for community [/b[

Aboriginal elder Reg Haines in front of the Toomelah Public School's $650,000 canteen yesterday. Picture: Liam Kidston Source: The Australian

AT Toomelah, on the NSW-Queensland border, dogs and emus wander aimlessly along streets littered with broken glass in an indigenous community plagued by alcohol, violence and teenage pregnancies.

But while life at the former mission town has improved since former judge Marcus Einfeld visited in 1987 and wept at the appalling conditions, community leaders are bemoaning a lost opportunity to turn around the fortunes of Toomelah.

When The Weekend Australian visited the town yesterday, elders and community leaders were frustrated that federal funding, which could have been used to create job opportunities, was squandered on a school tuckshop under the government's Building the Education Revolution scheme.

    >>>>> >>>>> >>>>>

Gillard and Rudd [and co]...totally useless.

    http://nsw.nationals.org.au/news/latest-news/rudd-government-fails-people-of-toomelah-yet-again.html

Rudd Government fails people of Toomelah yet again

Examples of the scandalous waste of the Rudd Government’s Building the Education Revolution continue to emerge, with revelations that Toomelah Public School was charged $650,000 for a canteen smaller than an average cubbyhouse.

Federal Member for Parkes Mark Coulton said the exorbitant fee for the 8m by 3m facility could have been spent on vital infrastructure or alleviating the town’s chronic unemployment.

“In a town where a three bedroom house can be bought for under $120,000, there is no justification for charging more than five times that amount for a building a fraction of the size,” he said.

    >>>>> >>>>> >>>>>

"We'd like some sporting facilities for the bored youth"

    "No. You're having a canteen."

"We don't want or need a canteen."

    "That's what you're getting"

    Rudd and Gillard, totally useless.

Oh, and it's your tax money they wasted, that you have to repay, as it's all borrowed money from China et al.

All that's happened is that the horse of incompetence now has a new jockey.

    No it's not:

    http://www.2gb.com/index2.php?option=com_newsmanager&task=view&id=9295

Alan Jones speaks to John Erbacher and Drew Hutton about coal seam gas mining on prime agricultural land, and overseas companies buying farming land to drill for coal seam gas.

    ___________________________
    ************************

Yes, towns in Qld NSW Vic are being destroyed.

2/3 of NSW is under some kind of petroleum, gas and coal mining development application.
Vic, thousands and thousands of hectares of prime western Vic agricultural land, Qatar.

    http://www.2gb.com/index2.php?option=com_newsmanager&task=view&id=9269

    Selling off the farm
Alan Jones speaks to Senator Bill Heffernan and four women from Acland about selling off the farm.

    >>>>> >>>>> >>>>>

Yes, the govt has sold out and continues to sell out farmers to communist China, Qatar etc.

    Darling Downs Qld...gone.
    Acland...gone.
    Toowoomba...going.

There'll be no good agricultural land left soon.

    China has a plan.

    Bye bye Australia!

Is Alan Jones the only one on the radio concerned and speaking out against it all?

    Seems to be.

While GenY, ABC and FM radio listeners rock to the music of fantasyland and Gillard worshipland, and fiddle...Australia BURNS!

I won't be here, ...but some of you, your kids and grandkids will, ...when 'China' and 'Arabia' own Australia.

Can you see them, your grandchildren and great grandchildren, digging away in the hot sun, working like slaves on the Chinese and 'Arabian' farms in Australia for only enough money to buy a bowl of soup once a day?

    It's happening in Africa:

    http://www.worldtribune.com/worldtribune/WTARC/2011/mz0386_04_05.asp

China buying up resource-rich Africa, Zimbabwe in particular

UNITED NATIONS — The People’s Republic of China has gone on a buying spree on the resource-rich but economically underdeveloped African continent.
And central to the plan has been massive investments into raw materials as well as political influence in a number of key African states, notably Sudan, Angola, and Zimbabwe.
The reasons are starkly mercantile but equally politically motivated.

Think of it this way. The Marxist Mandarins running China Inc. view the world as a giant Monopoly game board. Using their massive foreign exchange reserves ($3 trillion dollars) sloshing around, they buy nearly everything they land on.

Chinese workers dig gold in an African country

Chinese workers dig gold in an African country. Many people from Shanglin county, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, are involved in the gold digging business in Africa. Photos: CFP and Shanglin.net.

Tan Jianhui, who runs a construction equipment business in Shangling county, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, has been raking in the cash due to the rich gold supply in Africa. The business owner, however, did not have to travel there to see his business blossom.

Tan, 30, is doing well because thousands of people in his hometown have been going to Ghana, Angola and other African countries to dig for gold.

    Huh?!?!

If Ruddy actually did that he would be PM for life.

But all this Rudd hate! I'd hate to see what you thought of Johnny Howard after he involved us in an illegal war in Iraq and lied about children overboard!

Ahhh...what a charming lot our PMs are!

Guess where the cretins reside? A reader comment to the Herald Sun calling for assassination - for (*)(*)(*)(*)s sake. Then on Chris Smith, 2GB, a caller demanding the same thing. The station has a 7 second delay system to pull the plug on callers - and they didn't. Pigs.

    http://www.smh.com.au/opinion/socie...mongers-for-all-our-sakes-20110729-1i44k.html

John Howard? Seems Anders Breivik likes his work - since he quoted him in his 1500 page Nutcase manifesto.

    http://www.abc.net.au/news/2011-07-26/breivik-manifesto-praises-australian-conservatives/2810730

Yes, Children Overboard. Even when Howard was made WELL AWARE that no children were thrown overboard - he continued to lie and say they were. Yes, the glory days when the navy was ordered to shoot cannons at refugee boats. And to leave a refugee boat to literally sink before they'd rescue the people. Bugger the principles of SOLAS then. And TAMPA? My, an inch away from Howard being deemed a pirate - when he considered taking over the TAMPA with force. (*)(*)(*)(*)ed.

No, I vilify him for being a bigoted moron. Sexist, too. The man has a mental illness to attack and yell at a prime minister for being 10 minutes late to an interview. This is the stock of a man you admire? An antagonistic megalomanic? Who spews divisiveness and loony tunes? I feel sorry for you and your ilk.

ANZUS treaty, he had no choice.

As Rudd, now Gillard had/have no choice.

Howard wasn't perfect, but he was a whole lot more perfect than Rudd and Gillard.

Actually you just proved im right. I beleive your comment was along the lines of " they are the governement loonies" another deliberate attempt at obsfucation of the facts, they are not. And despite getting a large amount of funding from the unions they are still an independent organisation, a number of their campaigns are being run in opposition to current Labor government policies. What you appear to be trying to say is that Getup are left wing, but theres no prizes for uncovering this unsurprising fact. This is the proboem with people like you who only appear to have left/right blinkers, you cant see anything else.
