    It's a good job you didn't buy it at a 'Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market' - then that bit of pie would have gone to Tesco in the UK! One the other hand, if I had bought it in an Asda store over here it would have gone to Walmart - it's a global world!

    Wal*Mart had a policy like 20 years ago that it would NOT sell
    anything made in China.But that is not feasible.In fact,it is impossible.
    One has a better chance to Rope a calf in Bejing than find a store
    with No Made in China stuff ... anywhere.

    Here's what gets me... in US 'Dollar Stores' you can find sugar wafer cookies that are made in China and sell here for 2 for $1.

    Now think about it. A whole container of sugar wafer cookies traveled by truck or train from someplace in China to a ship, then were transported to the US and unloaded at maybe NYC or Houston... trucked to a Dollar Store in Dallas, Texas... and sold for 2 pkgs for $1 (for a profit, no doubt).

    It's a global world, alright. EVERYBODY'S NUTZ!!!!

    Yeah, they tried it, didn't they? Not possible. Although I've read about several shops in town that promise everything they sell is made in the USA. Prob is... they don't have much to sell.

    Texas is famous for BBQ so a Texas style BBQ and beer joint..good combination all the way around.

    The answer is yes.Of course whisky.How else is one gonna have
    a good Bourbon BBQ sauce.As far as a beer joint,I don't done think
    letting a joint sit in a glass of Beer is anyway to go about
    getting stoned.At least I never tried that approach.
    I dunno.Maybe they dude stuff different in Texas.

    I remember once as a teenager I got send to me room w/o any
    supper for suggesting.I think I suggested that we all sit down to dinner
    in our underwear in case the washing machine broke down and we
    had to.Because that old Washing machine was known to sound like
    a cement mixer some days.

    I love BBQ, but I really like the smokey sweet type. Like molasses in the sauce. I'm guessing that's not Texas BBQ?

    Me too but Texas ain't close to home for me. Have you ever been to Cooper's BBQ in Llano? I don't think they serve beer just BBQ and soft drinks or Tea.
    I think we should serve alcohol in case be burn the BBQ, if they are drunk enough they won't care.

    No that is more like Tennesse type isn't it? Shorty's BBQ in Miami on S. Dixie Highway has a BBQ sauce that isn't sweet at all and it is wonderful. I bet you would like the sauce even though it isn't sweet.
