Zimmerman did nothing of the sort so admit this was not a stalking under Florida law and apologize for insinuating I am racist and my post have a racist intent.

No one has ever stated that Martin was in fear of death at the beginning of the stalking. . . However he obviously was before being shot!

And in any way, Martin didn't need to be in fear of imminent death. . . He DIDN'T use deadly force, unlike Zimmerman!

Just plain self defense and/or SYG would have been enough to clear Martin from any wrong doing IF he hqd lived! . . . Which is probably why he is dead today. . ..Zimmerman couldn't take that chance!

 

It wouldn't be "normal" for a black teen-ager to be afraid of a 28 year old 'white' guy.. Not normal at all... Most black kids have not been abused or mistreated by young white males. There was no way for Trayvon to know the extent of George's paranoia..

What stalking.

The provisions for a stalking are listed above, none of them apply here. Prove it was a stalking as defined by Florida law.
