Within a week of that the FDA approved a test for H1N1, and it was WIDLEY distributed which allowed for real diagnosis and allowed those who were diagnosed to be quarantined........

Trump on the other hand LITERALLY denied that there was a problem directly to the American people. He ONLY changed his message when his “its no big deal” message became untenable.
