Not particularly. Up until the last couple of days his only focus was the stock market and he only started acting when he saw it dropping enough to give him worry over his reelection.

He still has time to be presidential and lead, as long as he can control himself enough to avoid trying to make it all about him as he normally does. His demeanor change over the last three days, slow but there, does give one hope that he might actually be taking this seriously now(though that may also be due to the fact that his proximity to several confirmed infected people puts him at a high risk of already being infected himself).

He might actually be able to win reelection for something that he has actually done instead of just the illusion that Donald Trump made the economy great. Even today's upturn in the market is due to the fact that Congress, not Trump, are seen to be close to getting things moving.
