Capitol police officer dies from injuries suffered during riots

An injured Capitol Police officer died today at 9:30 PM. I'm sad for him and his family.

This is the 5th death associated with this. Trump has bloody hands. His absurd rhetoric for two months (started even before the election, actually) is in great part responsible for this.

Even people like Betsy DeVos and Boris Johnson said as much today.

Still, over here, some posters still defend this cancer called Donald J. Trump.

 

Yeah! How DARE any of them behave like they are free to support who they choose. BTW, at last count, 40+ dead from the little orgy of violence given to us by the compassionate Left, in honor of saint George the Floyd. I respect the rights of others to believe as they will and to hold any opinion they want to until they decide they can demonize others and cause them actual harm. The idiots that behaved badly on the 6th still did nothing that approaches the destruction and violence of the summer of love. Those who are vapor-locking over the protests in DC are just hypocrites. They need to tread carefully over the coming days and weeks because allowing rage to build and for them to use it to justify assaults against others who did nothing to harm anyone, will only take us all further down a bad road. I frankly, don't care who hates me or my political stances. No harm, no foul unless they decide they have a right to take MY RIGHTS because they disagree. Once THAT game begins, we all will lose.

 

I defend his Presidency, it was a good Presidency. The last 2 months have been an absolute shambles though, he jettisoned the Georgia runoff, and he's still going on as if he'll be President Jan 21 despite the states having certified their EC votes. Absolute madness.

 

Nice of you to credit the old guy with something. I can't imagine why he might be getting a bit stressed. I mean, he's only been fighting the Left and most of the establishment Republicans for 4 years... BY HIMSELF... And just because slow Joe is inaugurated it in NO WAY will cause them to back off on their attempts to take Trump down. He made a comment a few months ago and I think those who supported him in any way are about to learn how true it was. He said they were coming after US, he was just in the way. Within 6 months we will see changes in DC that are unbelievable. The Ds are going to go full dictator and DARE anyone to fight it. They'll be instantly labeled a seditious, traitor. The 6th was the template for their takedown of this nation.

 

Soon we won't Trump to kick around anymore. No one deserved to die during that white house riot. I considered it un-called for.

Extra disturbing is how upset they are for that woman getting shot. That woman, who tried to climb through the hole that was made at the House floor door. The woman who was told, repeatedly, by the police, to back off or risk getting shot.

These are the people who don't care that black people get shot by police, because they don't do as the police ask.

Yeah well... You can thank the thugs with badges who executed Floyd over the course of almost 9 minutes while smiled at the camera, for the riots. It's all on them thugs with badges, who needlessly executed a black man who they already handcuffed. It's utterly disgusting. Congratulations you are able to twist this in to blaming black people what white people cause. That sure is showing your colors.


The violence of the 6th was a heck of a lot of more destructive. They tried to destroy the democratic values of the United States of America through sheer terrorism. And just because that's not a thing, but a concept, doesn't mean the democratic values of the United States of America aren't valuable. But that's just your rather simple conclusion at the moment.

And oh, you're so wrong as well that BLM need to tread carefully the coming days and weeks. We just saw 100's and 100's of predominantly white fascist attack the Capitol, fighting the cops. And only 1 got shot in the Capitol ones. A black man walking away from the cops got shot 7 times. An innocent black healthcare worker got shot 8 times. But white terrorist got shot at 1 time only at the Capitol. White people really need to tread carefully the coming weeks.

Beside the fact that he "incited" no one. The truth is just the opposite, not that truth matters where attacking the BOM is concerned. That said, even if he HAD exhorted them to march on the Capitol in protest, the action there wasn't a tiny fraction of what we saw in several blue cesspools over the summer. The Left and their media arm can scream and shout and jump up and down, hold their breath but they just come off as hypocrites to anyone other than those who already loathe Trump. I think Nancy and Senator Putzhead need to chill. If they take action that is perceived as a direct attack on Trump, they could be put in a position that would see more people dying. I think they've become so able to demand a thing and have everyone obey that when they are faced with average Americans who are all done being patient with their bullshit they might discover that they don't have nearly the power they think they do. It would be, uh, awkward.
