This lack of understanding of the burden of proof appears over and over in discourse on this forum, if you think the jury was intimidated then it is up to you to prove it, not for others to prove it did not happen. Just as those who thought the election was stolen most prove that.

All brought up in court and the jury weighed the evidence on it. And found that the drug, knee on neck to be the cause of death.

The jury didn't follow the law, and a police officer will now suffer the consequences of liberal dishonest "wokeness". Simple fact. Even you, liberal as you are, could look up the definition of second and third degree murder in MN and see that it didn't apply here. That's on you, not me. MN neighborhoods will be less safe now because of this decision, because liberals have now made skin color a priority above actual criminal activity.

This is a liberal world you've created. Enjoy. Blacks cannot be arrested at all now, no matter what they've done, without people like you saying they're innocent.

The judge said "statements made by Rep. Maxine Waters Saturday may give the defense grounds to appeal and overturn the trial." Argue with the judge.

Apparently, skin color was all that was needed to determine guilt here. Drug addicts, if they're the proper color, are guaranteed the right to life under some liberal clause or another, apparently.

They are going to go after the other 3 cops involved, Biden is sending in the feds to clean house further, any success in a declaring it a mistrial and cities will burn. Meanwhile Cops will get targeted and die, crime rates will continue to skyrocket, and the BLM will not be satisfied with a bone or two. They want red meat. Or white meat, more accurately.

Of course they are. Because George Floyd's overdose was the fault of all of white society.

Several people performed the experiment, and all lived. Of course, none of the test cases were overdosing from fentanyl with a bad heart.

This reminds me of the rights election rants.

Trump's sleeping with palmetto bugs and Chauvin is sleeping in jail.
    Get over it.

Reminds me that you ignore facts. Like most liberals. That you sacrificed your morals to put your bloviations behind a party that is better than you is yours to own.

I can live with you thinking that since the people that matter - like the electoral college and jury have solved the problem for me.
Don't you get tired of losing?

The Derek Chauvin guilty verdict is a huge outlier
Police are almost never prosecuted for shootings or killings.

It’s going to take a lot more than the guilty verdict against former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin to hold US law enforcement accountable.

For one, guilty verdicts against police officers remain very rare. Police shooting data from Philip Matthew Stinson, a criminal justice expert at Bowling Green State University, shows police are almost never prosecuted, much less convicted, for killing someone. (The data only includes reports of shootings, not all police killings — so it doesn’t include Chauvin murdering George Floyd by kneeling on his neck — but it’s the most comprehensive we have.)

    https://www.vox.com/2021/4/21/22395598/derek-chauvin-guilty-verdict-george-floyd-police-shootings

There's still a long, long way to go.

Police are almost never guilty. 10,000,000 arrests and liberals focus on the 0.000000001% of them.

Based on previous malevolent violence on behalf of BLM and Antifa, we can be reasonably certain that every jury member was well aware of his or her fate if they had been members of a jury that acquitted Chauvin.

Guilty of Murder 100%. Possibly racially-motivated.

Sadly, many Conservatives are prejudiced against Minorities -- African Americans, Jews, Asian Americans, Native Americans, etc. Thus Conservative Minority people have to make a bargain in choosing their side.

As I mentioned before, I think that fear of riots and fear for their own lives strongly persuaded the jury to convict Chauvin.

Do you doubt that Minneapolis would be burning right now if the jury had found Chauvin innocent?

You mean every news channel there is talking about since last night isn't good enough? The jury threatened mobs and rabble rousers without, and being told the expected finding by POTUS could hardly do other wise. The only question now is will there be a judge up stream from here that will have the courage to call this obvious mistrial a mistrial.⁰

LOL. If they didn't follow the law, the judge would have a statement about that.
9 minute video is NOT dishonest.
You want dishonest, check out the Mpls police statement to the public. The day after the death.

    ...
"Officers were able to get the suspect into handcuffs and noted he appeared to be suffering medical distress," read the police statement. "Officers called for an ambulance. He was transported to Hennepin County Medical Center by ambulance where he died a short time later."
    ...

The liberal world I created. Wow. I have so much power. Or your just finding words to whine with. I think we'll assume you're just whining as I don't have any power to create anything in the country.

Not because he's white. But because of the video that contained a knee on the neck for 9 minutes.
