So the only way for that argument to be true (that white officers are overrepresented in neighborhoods they work in for some areas) then the inverse has to be true as well. There must be places where black officers are overrepresented compared to the areas they serve. Otherwise the national statistics don’t work.

So it sounds like you’re saying let the black officers who currently work and live in nice peaceful white areas go to the ghetto with their disproportionate violence and live and work there. That way they can displace those white officers and the white officers can go work the white neighborhoods. I’m down for that.
