    OMG, NDAs are nothing more than agreements. if you sign an NDA and you decide to break the agreement, you haven't broken any laws.
    You can be sued for non compliance in a civil proceeding and if you lose they can get a judgement against you if you fail to pay.

    Where do you guys come up with all this stuff? lol

    Jesus, Just wow. You mean like restrictions on how an NDA is invalid if you agree to conceal a crime. You can't enforce any NDA that violates any legal rights or covering up a crime. You can sign it, take the money, then break it without any penalty if that were not the case.

    Or did you just want to force people to only agree to what you think is right?
