What I have repeatedly pointed out, and proven with video and written transcript, is that both trump and waters did the exact same thing. So, they are either both guilty or neither are. By the way, there was no rioting or violence after waters comments. There was after trumps though.

 

Political parties are full of doubt standards, no surprise there. Now the chances are good that on appeal Derek Chavin could get the verdict tossed and perhaps a new trial based on Walters statements among other things. Time will tell. I haven't heard anything more about the appeal outside of the presiding judge telling the defense that Walters statements were grounds for an appeal. Whether that is granted or what form or what happens to the appeal remains to be seen.

But wouldn't it be poetic justice to have Chavin's guilty verdict overturned mainly due to Walters and her big mouth.

 

If you had video or a transcript (as you called it) you would have provided it instead of all the deflections.

Doesn't an NDA come with some kind of trade off? Nobody is forced to sign one and if they do they must think the money is more valuable than their claim.
