We have him on video, as well as Obama, defending the filibuster when they were a minority. But Ole' Joe calls it "Jim Crow". Well I'll be a lyin' dog faced pony soldier!
So you use it to imply that new rules "only" apply to people of color, but I know for a fact they apply to everyone equally.

I don't think it qualifies as courage at all. it is simply a vote in a corrupt congress. All members of congress cast votes nearly every day. We need to give them an extended vacation.

 

Sorry, elected reps should not get awards for defending the Constitution...

 

I can explain this very easily.
He failed at becoming President and faded into obscurity and BOOM, he jumps on the never Trump bandwagon and he gets praise, attention and awards. Liz C also realized how much popularity they can get off of Trump hate, and has basically done the same. I see nothing wrong with what Mitt is doing because I see nothing wrong with being an opportunist (all politicians are)
