Affirmative action has masked black culture from its failings. It's going to be a positive change to force black parents into sticking together and being responsible and positive role models for their children in order for them to get into places like Harvard and the like. Essentially adopt more strict Asian culture in parenting.

Declaring hard work or being on time as being racist is a dead end.

All I see is zero discrimination against minorities and 100% discrimination against whites.
No one actually present any fact of discrimination against minorities, other then faulty statistics were 1% of wealthiest people is averaged out with 99% of poor whites.
On the other hand, besides thousands of special priviliges minorities have a lot of local power especially in big cities where whites have no chance to get decent government jobs.

 

Someone digging up a post that's over a year old is a great example of the challenges we still face....
