I poke fun at Trump's misstatements, but I recognize that they are (at least for the most part) simple mistakes. I hope I'm getting around as well as either of these guys if and when I reach their age.

 

You could before. You can be sued for the actions of your kids, or those under your legal guardianship. You can be sued as a co-conspirator. A company can be sued for the actions of its employee, etc..etc..

Sorry, but that is extremely callous and cold. Biden has a long history of stuttering , and has been open about it. All to often people who stutter are perceived as dumb / unintelligent. NOT the case. There are many misconceptions about the condition.

 

Great then you should have no problem showing me videos of him stuttering in the 70's, 80's, 90's.

He has been in therapy for the condition. And had pretty much got it under control, but as he ages and with the amount of stress his job has, the stuttering can and does return. My point is that it is uncool to joke about any disabilities. He had a lot of trouble with it when young.

Just as giving Trump some latitude , becasue he is phytologically impaired.
That does not mean he is not responsible for his behavior. (like everyone else) And the law applies to him ,,like to everyone else.
