What was never explained to the jury... there is no law making what Pecker was doing for Cohen was illegal... he did the same for Arnold Schwarzenegger campaign, Rahm Emanuel, Tiger Woods and others... This was between Cohen and Pecker, not Trump.. Pecker only referred to dealing with Cohen.
