Didn't say they were ALL rich....but that they are certainly rich enough to do the right thing in taking care of themselves IF they got raped.

So, what is the basis of YOUR argument? That someone who didn't have insurance cannot possibly find a way to get themselves taken care of AFTER a RAPE???? Really??
