If only Americans would unite and take back some power. Their ability to "threaten the nation" is in direct proportion to the level of power they wield.

Religion becomes harmful when combined with political power. The same people face similar abuses of power when they want to carry a gun for self defense or maybe decide that the Covid vaccine is not for them. I can respect any belief up to the point of forcing it on others.

 

IMO, American people can only take back power if they decide to vote out incumbents.
I know of no other way at this point.
There will never be bribe, er campaign, finance reform.
Never will be term limits.
The RNC and DNC and leadership have the system gamed for them and it's career politicians that have a stranglehold on the people due to the large bribes they get that have to be paid bac.

I am not for large scale mandates either, that's why I knew the mandate for OSHA to enforce one wasn't going to fly.
But pvt companies and local areas should be able to do so if the situation in their area warrants it.
