Did that "info" come from the same source which made horrifically misguided claims about Section 6103(f)?
Here is a Detailed In-Depth Article explaining the Possible Charges as well as Trump's Possible Defenses.
(I would consider the folllowing article to be MUST-READ for anyone attempting to comment on the complex legal issues inviolving a possible Trump Indictment)...

YOU stated the question, did you not?
    So my question to you was;
What kind of credentials do you need to have to know a Manhattan DA pushing federal campaign finance charges against someone the Feds won't even charge is going nowhere?

Apparently, there is a massive misunderstanding of the legal issues in play...
I would recommend reading the following...

    THIS Part:
They're bogus because 1. NYS campaign finance laws don't apply to presidential elections and 2. A presidential campaign isn't a corporation that's regulated under NYS incorporation laws.
^Those are still "open questions" subject to judicial interpretation...

No, I stated facts. Feel free to post sources that break my argument. Oh, wait...you can't. Can you? Since that's the case, just make another smartass post that shows off your prowess with emojis and prompts...lol

You haven't stated fact one, primarily because, as has been pointed out to you multiple times, THERE ARE NO CHARGES yet...

Regarding the POTENTIAL charges, do you find it interesting his current lawyer thought there was fraud and campaign finance issues back in 2018, when Cohen was being charged?

A lot of nuance about possible interpretations of "grey areas"...

Seems clear the best way to have gone here would have been federal, as they did for Cohen. But it seems that ship sailed, leaving Bragg to try and piece together whatever he can take from the federal case along with his state case...

Russia and China respect him because he's not a coward. Don't tell me you think Russia taking Crimea and Ukraine under the two most cowardly administrations we've ever had is just a coincidence.

Lol, he was an absolute coward around Russia. He's even admitted that his own "solution" to the current situation would have been to give Russia what they wanted. And Trump defended the original invasion of Crimea and the ONLY change his administration requested to the GOP platform was to go easier on Russia over Crimea. Don't tell me you refused to do basic homework before making this bull **** claim.

Considering that 52% of deaths from police are white people, I'd rather see Trump treated like a black person. All he has to do is comply and he's good.

What math? 52% of the people killed by police are white. That pretty much eliminates your math. Most are killed while fleeing, resisting, or shooting at police, just like most of the black people who are killed. There's nothing disproportionate about it unless you read articles from Mother Jones, MSNBC, etc., and take in the propaganda they feed you. Try fbi.gov instead. They'll list stats without trying to rot your brain with misleading information.

That must be why Putin waited until he wasn't in office. I'm convinced. Maybe we should give him another misspelled reset button.

Is our population more than 52% white? Think. Your average middle schooler can understand the problems with your "math" here. Do they not use word problems in basic math courses anymore?

Meanwhile, black people are more likely to be given lengthier sentences for similar crimes, more likely to be tried as adults for similar crimes, are less likely to receive bail for similar crimes, are more likely to be searched for drugs (and less likely to have them on their person in said searches), and DNA evidence shows they are more likely to be convicted for crimes for which they are innocent.

I'm sorry you were not capable of addressing the facts presented. But please keep playing the whole "Biden was too weak even though Trump was more weak and the only thing I can think that he should have done differently is that he should have been more weak" game that you Trump supporters have been playing this whole time.

I hope Trump is scared to death by a crowd of patriotic Americans who want him jailed. I wish no harm upon him but it would do my heart good to see him quaking in his boots on live TV.

I don't think this is going to happen. From what I've been reading Bragg's case against Trump has hit a roadblock. He's having trouble convincing the Trump Grand Jury. Reportedly, there is also major dissension in the DA's office.
If those who are behaving like 3rd world, banana republic, miscreants are intent on dealing dirt, it will come back around to them just like all their other backfired attempts to get rid of Trump.
