Fed's were not kidding. Matthew Lee Rupert has become the first man charged with a federal crime tied to rioting in Minneapolis. His indictment was file in federal court in Minnesota last night. He's charged with civil disorder, possession of unregistered explosives and participating in and organizing riots, for taking part in the fires, looting and other violence that engulfed the Twin Cities. Rupert, of Galesburg, Ill., posted on his public Facebook page an invitation for “goons” to join him in traveling to Minneapolis, where he said he was renting hotel rooms and planned to wreak havoc and “take hella good videos.” The livestreamed videos, cited as evidence by FBI investigators in the complaint, show his role in the riots on Friday night and early Monday, including distributing explosives and then announcing, “He’s throwing my bombs … they’re going to bomb the police with them.” “Good shot, my boy,” he shouted after one of the explosions, according to the complaint. “We came here to riot,” he declared later. This is long overdue. "When the wicked are punished, the righteous rejoice." This genius rather cleverly created an electronic trail with his loud published confession for bombing, arson, attempted murder of police officers, conspiracy to commit all of the above, and crossing state lines to do all of that, and dressed his confession with hella good videos, sure to hold the interest of the Jury. I'm glad I'm not this clown's father, because if he doesn't want his kid to land in prison, and good luck avoiding that with fire bombing and attempted murder of police officers, his folks are likely, right now, mortgaging their home and and dedicating their life and retirement savings to his legal defense. They could spend it all and still see him sentenced to 25 years. The assertion of OUR civil right to be secure from attack and property destruction is long, long, long, overdue.

Excellent and long overdue news, and you can bet that during interrogation they got intel out of him(and others). I'm looking forward for the legal counterattack to be vicious, precise and perfect in detaining the enemies of the Republic and putting them out of business.

This 28 year old white moron videoed much of his rioting and looting and posted it on the internet. If it were up to me he would get a life sentence at hard labor.
