I haven't told anybody "not to take it". I have merely pointed out that it's not a vaccine by definition, that it has been issued under Emergency Use Authorization, and that the virus it supposedly defends against has the same morbidity as flu, and that the virus was engineered for Gain Of Function with US tax dollars in Wuhan China and Chapel Hill NC.

The question remains as to why those who take the vaccine should be required to keep wearing masks and social distance. Of what risk are they to others? If you wanted to incentivize vaccinations, you'd give the vaccinated a wrist-band that exempts them from said mandates.

But I guess, most would rather control the lives of others than liberate them.
