I got a good laugh out of this and hope you do too @ http://thepeoplescube.com/peoples-b...-affect-the-people-s-cube-t15944.html#p188491 Although it does make one pause to think.
Net Neutrality keeps the internet free, you lose Net Neutrality and the corps decide what you can and can not view on the net cable companies fear this freedom as it allows people choice, freedom to choose to cut the cord for the media they feed us and allow people to go À la carte .
It already is. No they don't. Instead of Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, etc... paying premiums to keep bandwidth flowing at useable rates, those fees will no be paid by the user.
and Net Neutrality keeps it that way.... think of Net Neutrality like this, if your ISP was an electric company and they want to charge you more based on what you plugged in, more for the frig, tv, ect.... Net Neutrality prevents that with Net Neutrality, data is data, regardless of what your data is....
I already pay for a 100\10 download\upload speed, I can buy less or more... Net Neutrality prevents the ISP from artificially slowing me down after I already paid them for those speeds the ISP's wanted to double dip and charge both ends of the connection (did Comcast customer rates go down when they charged netflix???) .
