Not to be taken too seriously, this thread offers a place to check out Michelle Obama's latest fashion statements while she's out and about at public appearances. Since it's usually impossible to separate the serious business she's involved in -- from the tongue-in-cheek comments about her attire, let's try to stay focused more on fashion, less on politics, OK? And be nice, guys... this is a woman we're talking about and all women are beautiful. No need to be disrespectful.

Yep, that's our MO... always more interested in spending other people's money than going out and earning her own. I'm glad she's not interested in running for office. One bad politician per family is enough.

 

So, what is it she does want to be when she grows up? Oh, forgot....she and Barry both wanna be 'rock stars'.

She was watching Stacy and Clinton and learned how to do the belly belt thing to divide things up around the equator. Makes her look less string-bean and more balanced. It gives the illusion of curves where curves do not exist.

 

Now I must disagree. Michelle has PLENTY of curves. And I doubt if she's looked like a string bean since she was 10... if then.

Michelle's was in Park Cities, UT (top seats-$38K for breakfast) and Vail, CO ($10K per couple for lunch) this week. Fundraising for hubby. Raked in $500,000 from the evil rich. Who knows, maybe they like his idea of taxing them into oblivion?

MOTUS was quarantined... no pics allowed. But she did have this to say about the FLOTUS' rousing speeches:

Sounds like some pretty expensive eats for a fund raiser. Nevertheless, the Broadcast meida will soon be waiting with their hands out to get all that campain cheese.

IMO, for a Sister lady she has limited curves and the belt helps.

 

Seems she couldn't make it to hubby's fundraising birthday party in Chicago yesterday. But get this... she sent her mother along to keep an eye on him!!!

You just can't make this stuff up...

I'm sure everybody's been wondering...

Can't wait til she gets back on that fund raising trail so we can check out her new outfits! (In case she's been doing some online shopping during her stay-at-home time.)

Ya gotta keep up, Clint. Obama's MIL went along with him to his b'day/fundraiser in Chicago. (MOTHER IN LAW, as in Michelle's Mom)

This is her struggling to exit the helicopter on the white house lawn while he scurries on ahead.

It was said Michelle sent her mother to watch him because the Dems are known for having rather wild parties after their big fundraisers and MO didn't want him participating. Like Michelle edicted, he was home by midnight. Therefore, his MIL could say 'mission accomplished' and everybody was happy... well, maybe everybody but Barack who no doubt would've loved to stay in Chitown and party with his buddies.

 

Thanks for the info on the Acronym. Looks like Mimi's Mom gave them some great home cooking comfort food. And what's up with the POTUS he is walking 30+ paces infront of the FLOTUS. Is he doing the Japanese couple thing or does he need to go #2 bad?

 

AGAIN. While she's doing her 11 car motorcade to her brother's house thing, Michelle's Mirror came across this interesting little fashion ditty. One of the hazards of shopping on the internet.
