Most of your post isn't worth the effort. I have relied in the NYT and the WSJ for most of my print news for forty years. That much experience has shown me that they are the ones whose reporting most frequently resembles reality. (and I've observed it long enough for the current events of forty years ago to become history. Television is a source of pictures and headlines. Not substance. Talk radio is only useful for knowing what the mob is thinking (and you have to select between mobs, as each talking head has their own mob). And if you don't walk the stories you see (or are fed) on social media, back to their primary sources, know who they are, what their interest is, and who they are affiliated, you're probably being conned.
The "swamp" didn't pick Pence as his VP. Trump did that himself. Stop making excuses for this horrible excuse for a human being. The entire trump family is cat pee personified.
Whoa there buddy, was that directed at me? Because I'm plainly asking why we didn't even see 1% of the doomsday predictions come true. For almost 2 weeks leftists in Congress, in media, in this very forum, endlessly proclaimed that a Civil War would happen on inauguration day because the President said 'march peacefully' and a few people ended up ignoring him. They, Democrats, used that mother of all false narratives to justify assembling over 25,000 soldiers and give them shoot to kill authorization when only months prior these same Democrats were prepping impeachment articles against that same President who wanted to use soldiers to quell the dozens of actual riots we were seeing each month. I do hope you're not calling me "Trumpster trash" for asking why, after the single most gargantuan crying of wolf fiction we've ever witnessed, did we not see so much as a single rock thrown in anger from a right-wing protest on inauguration day.
No Gonig on and on and on and whining and bitching and exhausting all avenues then campaignig about “the election was stolen” is NOT “challenging the result
I am not a connonseur of gin but Imkeep Tanqueray or Booths on hand for the few gin drinkers that cross into my place. I have tried vodka tonics when I did not have gin on hand but that is not the same. Gin and tonic is like British humor understated dry, and to the point with the facade of what appears to be bitterness over Empire Lost but without the whine which they lent to the French to hold on to.
