This looks like anti-sematic propaganda glommed onto post-WWI history as a mask. Not every banker involved with the financing of WWI was of Jewish decent. A man was once held up by a robber wearing a wig, and so victim reported the wig to the police.

You asked the question, "So is this just totally false?" I think you don't understand the fallacy of your reasoning. Let "C" represent your anti-sematic arguments.

If A is true and B is true, then the whole conjunction (A * B) is true.
If A is true and B is false, then the whole conjunction (A * B) is false.
If A is false and B is false, then the whole conjunction (A * B) is false.
If A is true and B is true, and C is false, then the whole conjunction (A* B* C) is false.

If we examine every truth value combination of A, B, and C, we find that all the other seven conjunctions are false in the truth table below. So, no matter how many historical facts you may get correct, variable "C" will falsify all of your conjunctive proposition.

I don't buy that. It's not surprising that there were people in the US who supported Hitler before the war as he seemed to be doing a good job of turning Germany around and people probably didn't foresee the coming war. It's also possible that he got the Jewish bankers mad at him by not letting them exploit Germany. I don't see why both things couldn't have happened simultaneously.
