Aileen Cannon begins unredacting filings against Jack Smith's demands

So this is getting very interesting. Jack Smith has decided to go on offense against Cannon, but he seems to have overplayed his hand. He fought to redact a lot of the filings in classified documents case and Cannon initially allowed it to happen.

Trump's team has been demanding all of the filings be public. And now Cannon is going back and allowing large portions of previously censured filings to go public and it doesn't look good for Jack Smith. It shows a lot of the redactions were to prevent embarrassment for Smith and his team as well as to maintain the media narrative they were pushing.

There's a lot of juicy information in the filings, but to just call out a few in the opening post:

- NARA admitted it is common for them to work with a previous President's PRA transition team for many months after their term ends and that they were working with Trump's team.

- NARA admitted they were working with the Biden WH building this case and strategy against Trump. And the White House pulled the trigger.

- Prosecutors threatened defense attorneys with professional and reputational harm unless they complied with their demands to help prosecute Trump. Also promised to help defense attorney get a judicial appointment if they helped the prosection prosecute Trump and his client. This appears to be a major ethical violation, at the very least.

It will be interesting to see if Jack Smith keeps poking the bear. He has a lot of skeletons in his closet on this case and if he wants to keep them there he should probably calm down.

If this information gets picked up by the mainstream media he will have a much harder time getting a conviction on the case. His case is built on a house of cards and they could be dealing with a tornado running through it.

NARA works with them for several months after they leave office without first having custody of known official documents, and they do so for over a year, even after the former President has ignored subpoenas and LIED about having already turned everything over and was actively trying to hide the documents from NARA? Evidence, please. The problem you miss with Trump is as a PRESIDENT he can declassify and he did before leaving office.

VICE PRESIDENT Biden not only knew he had his... he obstructed and hid his from the NARA and DOJ by not notifying them he had them at the Penn Biden center in March 2021... 1 1/2 years before the Nov 2022 ..... nor the classified in the basement for 7 years..

Is it not strange NARA knew what Trump had immediately, but did not know what Biden had for 20 years or more?

I've seen the other thread you posted in and what you posted. Most of those things are simple claims, rather than verified fact.

In particular, there is only inarticulate hearsay (the guy doesn't even feel like he can give the actual quote and specifies it is 'to the effect of' ) on the whole quid pro quo thing.
