That government presumes it actually has authority over the lives of the public, to the extent that it can actually dictate how long individuals have to live.
We are making progress.. VG has finally abandoned the Federal universal Registration position. We can note that.
Then there is no legitimate justification for restricting firearms for the purpose of trying to reduce the number of suicides committed annually.
Where did I comment that my position has changed? You have me mistaken with you. I do commend you on evolving. Do you think UBCs will be as effective given the number of out of state guns are reported each year?
You can imply that I changed my position..... means nothing because I’m confirming that it has not and you have misunderstood. I have questions about implications your state registration plan will have on the other components of your overall gun control plan.
I predicted that you would try to move the conversation away from the topic of your position change. By tomorrow you’ll flip flop and be back on the Federal Registration support.
You are not being honest. I have mentioned that compromise before. Can I make deceitful predictions about you?
does anyone else laugh at this nonsense that unless we have a concurrent plan to harass gun owners, we cannot criticize the vegas plan to harass lawful gun ownership?
If you suggested state registration in lieu of federal registration, I must have missed it. I would think I would have engaged you about that, therefore I’d remember. I’ll admit I probably missed it.
Moving forward, which of these will be part of your comprehensive gun control plan? It’s easier to debate if i understand the opposition position.
I can see the advantages of having guns registered at the state level. Records can only be obtained with a warrant by the feds. It keeps the feds from having access to a national database of gun owners but they could request a search for an individual serial number with a warrant
