So Ron Paul comes in last in all the primaries today. I'm going to make an educated guess that, despite that fact, his supporters/zealots are STILL going to be saying things like, "things are going according to plan," and, "he's making progress!" and "he'll get all the delegates at the convention!" By tomorrow, there will be 15-20 such posts (maybe even a thread) about it on this forum. Anybody want to make a wager?
I cant see those guys voting for newt or Santorum.. Romney with their vote would have won tonight. Thanks for taking away the independent vote. and giving the religious zealots another win. BLAME PAUL.
Here is my educated guess...this post is a fail. Just another attempt from you to bash Paul supporters.
I'll wager he'll throw his support behind Romney ..If he does to anybody. I'll put up 5,000 credits/ anybody ?
I will be voteing for someone that i can do so, and still have a clear conscience, if the neo cons wanna elect Romney, or Newt or Santorum, they can doit with out the indy vote, in fact they will have too. When Obama get another 4 years, you can look in the mirror and thank yourself for pushing these nut jobs on us in the primarys.
In your case.. Honor and respect.. or I can wager Obama dollars if you like. Take a shot at the champ.
I think he is actually dead and that someone stuffed his body with mechanics so he can walk, and a recorder that was pre-programmed to respond.
You won't be getting any bets out of me. I wanted Ron Paul to be President, but after last night's results I don't think he can win a state and his supporters know that now. Picking up another 100 delegates is pointless. That won't catch Gingrich. After last night it is also unlikely that Gingrich will win another state. If you desperately want Romney to lose, vote for Santorum. It's a long-shot, but he could end up with over 20 victories and about 800 delegates. Bush Sr. got the Vice Presidency for finishing a respectable second. Hillary got Secretary of State. Santorum could get something.
I think that if all goes according to plan the VP will be Gov. Bob McDonald of Virginia. He's been on the short list for 4 months now. Santorum might get Sec. of The Interior if he's lucky with all the remarks he has made.
