    Dear Mr. President:

…Sarcasm aside, we are in a recession. What does that mean, Joe? It means that while you may have the big bucks to get by, the rest of us are left to pray that the recession doesn’t lead to a Depression. It can, you know. After all, Mr. Biden, you have almost two-and-a-half more years to screw things up. For we, simple citizens, it means hunger and a lot of angst. Remember the Great Depression? The one that had Americans scrounging for a bite to eat? Let’s pray to God that it doesn’t come to that. After all, you do keep telling us that what we are experiencing is just the transitory stage of the road to a better life. If we live that long.

I know that you and your socialist cronies in Congress are feeling the heat as the midterm elections approach. Believe me, it’s not “climate change” that’s making you sweat; it’s the fact that you and your Democrats in Congress have screwed up our lives. President Trump left you an economy that was thriving. Inflation was not an issue when you took office. You’ve got no one to blame for the mismanagement that led us to where we are now — struggling to put food on our tables, paying stupidly high prices to gas up our cars, and in general, having to live with the burden of uncertainty for our children, our elderly moms and dads, and ourselves.

You are right in thinking that everybody is against you. We’re not only against you, we are mad as hell and we’re not going to take it anymore.…

    T
his letter is exactly right in the message to our let’s go Brandon. It is his fault we are in the economic position we are in now. Stagflation is entirely his doing. I am certain that he will disregard all the advice and council within.

It’s so bad that democrats are suggesting AOC run in 2024. The one time I can say I fully agreed with Obama was when he said Biden could F up anything.

She can run, but once she's challenged on a debate forum she'd fold just like Harris did.

He isn't going to read the letter... you can be sure of that. But even Biden's handlers and that corrupt bunch of bastards who run the Federal Reserve central bank (and got caught playing the stock market in their spare time) can remember that the last time we had runaway inflation like this, it took Ronald Reagan and the last really good Fed. Chairman, Paul Volcker, over two long years to bring inflation down -- and kept it way down for many years after. That effort started in January 1981, when Reagan took over from Jimmuh Cawduh, but it wasn't until Q3 1983 that everything started really working well. Interest rates hit 20% before they crested and started coming back down....

Compare that with what the Fed has done this time with piss-ant, microscopic interest rate increases. Nobody wants to face the problem... between the Fed's 'balance-sheet', which has swelled since 2008 as it 'rescued' those who were 'too big to fail', and an already hideously overvalued stock market, there's way too much imaginary money stacked up everywhere. And until something happens to make most of it evaporate, we're going to have an inflation problem!

A last observation -- Donald Trump is to blame for a lot of the problem with crushed interest rates, which just made everything so much worse! He was demanding NEGATIVE interest rates at the end of 2018, and if he had gotten them, we would probably have already undergone a totally fugged-up situation like EUROPE has today!

Wait a minute. I thought they said that we aren't in a recession. To hell with what those damned economists say.

The problem with the democrats is they have no bench. They have a lot of good middle tier talent, but the national party strength is teachers unions, Green Weenies, the open-border crowd, race based activists, and other groups who middle America is not interested in embracing.
The didn't let Sanders in the primaries because they loved him. There was no one else.
The democrats are trapped by some 15% of American voters who are bat bleep crazy, noisy, get more media time than the deserve, and are presented to America as if they run the party.
Aside from that, America has changed due to Biden's idiotic decisions and families are going to be suffering for a long time* as the economy falls back into balance. I just hope Biden doesn't fumble us into a war to fix the economy like we used to. We don't even have any one to fight a small war with anymore. The Russians and Chinese have nukes, Iran is being managed by Israel, The no man's land around Ukraine is not our beef. Maybe Tonga? Africa, maybe. Too bad Mexico won't let go in and stop their drug trade and give them their country back.
They are a lot like the Republicans before Trump. The old WW2, Korea, and now Vietnam politicians are dying of or retiring, and the new blood is being smothered by the progressives.

    * we are looking at 10-20 years depending on if we can expand our economy.

President Jimmy Carter nominated Paul Volcker for his first term and Ronald Reagan renominated him for his second term.

Walk in room joe. sit down. Read of que card. Don't fall asleep in the middle of talking. No drooling. If you poop your pants we will change you after.

Walk as fast out of the room without falling down, and don't take any questions, because even though they can easily be common sense, you can't handle them.

Your name is Joe Biden. You're the President of the United States. You live in America. lmao.

I've seen posts like yours every time I point out that Paul Volcker was the last really fine, intelligent, ethical Federal Reserve Chairman that we've had. Mr. Volcker protected the value, the REAL value of the purchasing power of the American Dollar, unlike successors like Bernanke, Yellen, and the corrupt, inept clown who runs it today, Jerome Powell. Indeed, appointing Paul Volcker to the chairmanship of the Federal Reserve was very possibly the very best thing that Carter ever did as president. Given how few beneficial accomplishments there were, it doesn't take very long to sort them out....

Then, as history points out clearly, Paul Volcker and President Ronald Reagan worked together, using common sense, "America first" supply-and-demand principles, and various aspects of "Reaganomics" to pull this country out of economic ruin and sky-high inflation.
