Anti-Israel protesters block highways near O’Hare Airport, Golden Gate Bridge

What is it with the left and their love affair for Palestinian Muslims? I didn't see them protesting like this when Putin invaded Ukraine or when Hamas slaughtered over a thousand Jews, Americans and others.

Shutting down highways violates people's freedom of association and the protesters, especially the organizers, should be held accountable.

 

They should be immediately arrested and removed from the highway.
I support protests, but not blocking thoroughfares or damaging any one else's property.
Most of the people these groups are "hurting" have nothing to do with Israel or Hamas.

 

Judges have caused this. Every time these idiots do this, the police come in and take them away (eventually) and then they get sued. The judges give the groups a lot of money that they then use to plan another idiotic protest in order to make more money. There is no excuse for it. The state legislators could probably change it and create laws to exempt police and cities from any liability when the yahoos block traffic or some such childish act. But they won't because liberals will do what liberals do.

Palestinians are being slaughtered. People don't like it.
Puting isn't massacring civilians like Israel is. It is a fairly evenly matched matched conflict, not one side getting slaughtered by the other. And everyone spoke out the Hamas attack, but it was a single day event. Israel has been massacring civilians for months now, and it is ongoing. So yeah, they are speaking out against the evil Israel is inflicting. I don't see a problem with it.

That being said, I don't think traffic should be blocked, whether it is truckers or war protests.

C) Ukraine isn't preventing their citizens from fleeing the country while the fighting is going on.

E) Hamas could have ended the war on day 2 had they released the hostages.

Yes you can do that while they have protests in Dearborn where they gather together and scream death to America. That is a brand new thing in America that could not have happened a decade ago. These kind of protests generally precede Islamic terrorism, so if this Israel thing doesn't resolve quickly, I fully expect mass casualty events in America in the very near future.
