Share your thoughts with me on whether you think it's appropriate for children to have their genitals mutilated and whether catholic organizations should be forced to participate (the subject of OP) and then I will answer yours. You ask for proof of something acting skeptical on the subject matter, and when provided with proof you just move on. Catholics mutilate genitals all of the time, at least here in the US. Circumcision is pretty common. Way more common than the, what was it, 56 people you mentioned? But thanks for admitting you had no basis for your claim that I quoted.

You don't have to be religious to know chopping a minor's dick off because they're mentally ill isn't going to help them.

You are talking two different issues here. Physical life threatening issues should absolutely be considered. Disfiguring a child because of mental health issues as they don't feel pretty is in my humble opinion child abuse. You should absolutely treat the patient. Not saying you shouldn't. The knife should not be the first conversation and a good practitioner would know that an adolescent brain is still developing. We also have no clue of the long term effects of puberty blockers and the detriment that it could potentially cause to the patient in their later life.
