When obamacare goes into effect employers are going to cut probably millions to 29 hours so they dont have to pay into obamacare.

Why yes it can happen. I don't want to comment too soon because we are still several months away from ACA being implemented. Needless to say the regulations are a wait and see game where the rules can change at the drop of a hat. And who can say that 29-hours doesn't become the new full-time work week under the law if this massive job shift change happens?

While doing their damnedest to legitimize tens of millions more low skilled people looking for work ......all for the sole purpose of securing a permanent, 51% underclass of government dependent losers who will eventually completely overwhelm social "safety nets".... and privately owned production's, and the already overburdened income tax payer's ability to keep up with it all...

I won't even get into their flooding the economy with debt saddled paper money for going on 5 years, or their environmental agenda, or their felonious efforts to politicize the IRS....

Pay and staffing cuts to attempt to remain profitable in the face of Obamacare and tax increases.....
massive supply of would-be legitimate entry level job applicants which will stagnate wages for decades to come (hello economy murdering "living wages").....
inevitable loss of purchasing power because of laughably loose, inflationary monetary policies required to keep their fiscally and culturally unsustainable welfare state "afloat" for....what?....forever?... until they've bought enough dependency/useful idiot votes to finally and forever "fundamentally transform"? ....
increased food, transportation and utilities costs due to their punitive conventional energy policies....

progressive state collectivists are overthrowing America's political, electoral, and economic system right before our eyes.

    keep grazing, dullards.

My employer has already said they will maintain the same level benefits for our non-union counterparts and will not reduce their hours; they can't cut ours because we have a labor contract with them which calls for the same level of benefits that we have historically enjoyed.

Why does America always has to over-complicate things and why should employers be responsible for employee's health insurance? The latter, as we've now seen, is opening up a can of worms. Take the weight off the businesses.

Why not just levy all wage and salary earners a percentage of gross earnings? With families, the principle wage earner gets levied, and other members of the family are down as dependents. Also have two systems running in tandem, a universal healthcare system where wage earners are levied and a private health insurance system which is optional.

It will be interesting when existing contracts bump into the horror of ObamaCare...

Lol...I was going to say contracts aren't worth the paper they're written on if the enterprise goes belly up.

Oh I get it. It doesn't lead to more money at all, because less is being produced. I meant it seems better for statistical reasons. The depression of labor use that stay now to inflate the number of full time workers b

You assume the 5 year term of your contract applies. When a government mandate conflicts with a private contract the contract fails, not the mandate.
