That is weird. I was under the impression that company with no election auditing experience had mishandled some of the ballots. Wouldn't that be a problem relative to the chain of custody? Now this other company is getting involved and there is no oversight.

This incompetent bunch are sending out private sensitive voter data with no oversight to companies that are registered to private homes and have been delisted as a company for failing to file their annual reports…

    Republican legitimacy in a nutshell

When the Framers gave the power of elections to the states, I don't think they intended that power be used to absurdity. The court apparently disagrees.

Tens of millions because they are going to have to replace all the machines.

I am very concerned about the NDA's, can you imagine if those watching the election on election night had to sign NDA's

this screams corruption, someone wants to control the message and silence those on the inside about republican fraud found and who knows what else

Weird how folks who were fine with lying to observers so that they would leave, who then hauled crates of votes from concealment under tables to be run through the counting machines, who knows how many times, are now suddenly hyper concerned over "chain of custody".

It is perfectly proper for the State Legislature to double check every aspect of the election so that they can ensure that proper safeguards are in place for future elections. Our goals are: Easy to vote. Hard to cheat.

Arizona AG Tells DOJ He ‘Will Not Tolerate’ Efforts to Thwart Election Audit in Maricopa County

"Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich" put "the Department of Justice (DOJ)" on notice "that his office “will not tolerate” any efforts to thwart the 2020 election audit currently underway in Maricopa County, the state’s largest county.
None of us are amused by Crooked Joe's AG's ham-handed attempt to interfere with the State Legislature's solemn constitutional duty. If this clown Garland pushes any harder, he will find himself hauled into court so fast it will make his head spin. We can than our lucky stars that Cocaine Mitch kept this clown off the Supreme Court.
Not surprising as Garland works for Hunter Biden's father.
He should run for Mark Kelly's senate seat. Teamed with Sinema, AZ would enjoy powerful bi-partisan representation in the upper chamber. https://www.theepochtimes.com/arizo...lection-audit-in-maricopa-county_3858709.html

Not sure it'll be that much, but they'll still feel it, whatever the final, unwarranted tab is...

Replacing the machines, as Hobbs wants, would cost millions, and taxpayers could foot the bill. The county's most recent expense for election equipment was a $6.1 million contract in 2019 with Dominion. Gilbertson said not all of that equipment was used last year, however.

Here was an audit performed without looking at a single ballot... I guarantee you they've hit the nail on the head

The Maricopa County Audit Completed Paper Ballot Examination. Here’s What Happens Next.
Look for audit findings to be published in August or by Labor Day.

I'm glad that they are so carefully checking our election systems and will make whatever changes are necessary to ensure that it is Easy to Vote and Difficult to Cheat.

Sounds like BS. I'll wait for independent confirmation of the hysterical claims that if a voting machine is audited that has to be replaced. 394 vote tabulation machines and $6,100,000 works out to over $15,000 a machine, also, highly unlikely. Maybe she should be audited for receiving kickbacks on the purchase of this equipment which would explain her desire to spend it all again.

Further, machines that cannot be audited, without being replaced, should not be used in our elections.

Since this wasn't an audit, that's really not an issue, is it?

The machines were blindly handed over to unqualified people.... I'd also like to think the machines can be saved from that (some sort of factory reset?), but if they cannot be, chalk up more money spent on time wasting...

Ah, you still fall for the big lie I see. I find it comical as hell that you actually believe ballets were concealed under tables then brought out secretly while everyone in that room knew there were cameras everywhere. LOL

But I understand, you are still shocked your boy got his ass whooped by an ole, pervy, senile codger because your boy had boat parades and rallies and that alone should have given him the victory. #MAGA

Democrats utilize ballot harvesting done by persons or entities without oversight or registration.

It was an audit and it was you who posted that it was an issue.
The hand over was open eyed and litigated, the losers lost and were ordered to comply with the State Legislatures constitutionally authorized demand for the counting machines.
It is the State Legislature that qualifies folks for this task, not you, not me, and not this clown you are citing.
Of course they can. This isn't Schrodinger's Cat where if you audit the machine the machine has to be replaced. What a pile of nonsense. "Here are 394 counters for the low low low price of only $6.1 MILLION, completely trustworthy, but if you audit them, you have to buy all new ones!"
I'm chalking it up to more fake news. Are you noticing that the Left's Battlespace Prep isn't for this audit to verify that this county did an accurate job counting the vote?

I agree they need oversight and registration but believe volunteers picking up votes for people along with drop boxes are the best way to prevent long lines. I would prefer a very secure and encrypted digital voting system but I don’t see how that would be implemented with the opposition.

I wonder if the same Trump loving cons will still talk about Arizona when this fake audit produces absolutely nothing.
