Anything I want. Is pretty broad. Don’t you think? As long as it’s the same when the next guy is in the office, whether that be 6 years or 2, then I suppose we can all smile and wave boys.

Every time they try a stunt like this Trump's popularity not only rebounds from the politically partisan attack after a few days but then grows larger than before. It's as if they CANNOT learn from history.

Yeah ... ambiguous and inaccurate is what "anything I want" is. If that's directly related to hiring and firing executive branch officers it's 100% true. Outside of that it gets fuzzy.

Where do you? We are not in a declared war. Do read Article 2, again.

Yeah ... we're debating war powers. You're just throwing stuff out there that has nothing to do with Trump breaking any laws or not being held accountable because A2 prevents him from being held accountable. That's what the conversation has focused on. Hot dictatorship or declaration of war.

It's a two way street. Congress has been pushing the bounds of it's investigative authority. Kavanaugh didn't deserve what DiFi ... where the hell did she go ... put him through. Pelosi even allocated money for the wall to pass a spending bill, only to have her state AG get a courts injunction to block construction. Nobody's playing by the rules.

So, in light of previous posts, you have no trouble with the President having dictatorial powers, which by the way is not what A2 gives him. :)

What dictorial powers? The power not to be indicted while in office? Don't try and lecture me on the constitution, you'll only look more foolish.

You caught it! Good on you. You had your lecture turned around and are now furious. No, Trump does not have dictatorial powers.

I don't remember you having a hissy fit when Obama was doing whatever he wanted from one executive order to the other. In fact, you left-wingers cheered Obama on.

So, spare me the fricking outrage.

:) If that makes you feel better, believe it. Are you waiting for Mueller to make your day just awfully bad tomorrow?

Wasn’t on the board. I hate executive orders in totality. Obama’s were egregious. George W wasn’t all that much better.

I'm actually waiting to hear why you believe immunity from indictment is a dictoral power bestowed upon the president by the authors of our constitution. As I told you earlier, I'm quite confident Mueller's evasiveness will give Nadler another stroke ... so yes, tomorrow will be a great day.

Why would you think that an immunity from indictment would be a 'dictoral' power? The DOJ made that decision some years ago re: a sitting president, not the President. Are you not aware of that? And you are holding out for "Mueller's evasiveness" tomorrow? Well, of course you are, because there is nothing else for Trumpers to hope for.

Hyperbole is a silly and rather pointless way to begin an argument don't you think?

And you're desperately longing for that smoking gun Mueller didn't include in his report.

You started with hyperbole, and can't recognize that fact? So sad. Article 2 exists to prevent exactly the sort of nonsensical witch hunt in which the Dems have been engaged for the last two years.
