Attack on Christians: Historic Cathedral vandalized, tagged with anarchist and anti-police graffiti

HELENA, MT- Over the past year, we have seen Antifa and Black Lives Matter thugs running rampant in major cities virtually unabated, supported by Democrats, Hollywood “stars” and professional athletes.
The mayhem was primarily concentrated in large cities such as Chicago, Portland, Seattle, New York and Philadelphia. Now however, it appears it has moved to smaller cities in what were heretofore believed to be “safe” communities.
This week, Helena, Montana was the scene of anti-Christian vandalism with apparent Antifa-related symbols and graffiti.
According to the Independent Record, the Cathedral of St. Helena was one of a number of buildings and vehicles in the state capital of Montana that was vandalized, according to police.
In an email on Monday, Lt. Cory Bailey of the Helena Police Department said officers were responding to numerous calls reporting vandalism, while saying there were no estimates of damage, nor the number of buildings and vehicles that were damaged.
The vandalism at the cathedral marked the second time in a week that a church in the city had been vandalized. On either May 9 or 10, the First Presbyterian Church, which is across the street from the Cathedral of St. Helena was damaged, according to church members.
On Monday, Charles Dyce, a maintenance worker at the cathedral looked at the damage and shook his head, not believing what he was seeing.
Dyce told the outlet, “It’s ridiculous. Nobody has any respect. My feeling is the people inside is what builds these churches, people should have respect for everyone else.”

All religions are not equal.
Some teach absolute peace and kindness; others try to codify their beliefs into law, hide child rapists or create extremists that murder others because they believe their deity demands it.

 

I don't understand ... are the symbols in the picture supposed to mean something? Since "antifa" is not an organization, perhaps someone could explain how they are certain that this was anything other than simple vandalism. This looks like it could have been done by a disgruntled Sunday School class.

Read the links above. This guy has committed similar acts of vandalism before. He was arrested, charged, and released without bail. Apparently, local law enforcement knows him and doesn't consider him to be a risk. No political motivation here.

Christianity is awfully similar isn’t it — all you had to do is remove child rape and change it to child marriage and they are identical.

Apparently you've not seen Islam in full action. Granted, not a fan of Catholicism (reformed catholic myself) as the Vatican has done some putrid things over the thousands of years, however to compare Christianity to what Islam does in todays society is a far stretch to the atrocities of Christianity. An d by no means would i EVER condone child rape, no matter the religion. I'm not seeing women being stoned to death in Christian cultures today. Not seeing homosexuals thrown from building or hung in a public forum or destroying ancient relics of "false" idols. But hey, maye it's happening all the time in your neck of the woods?

 

Yet all of that is in the Bible. Do you see that often in America from American Muslims or just in third world nations?

I can show recent examples of militant Christians killing in the name of their religion and the child rape scandal is only a few years old.

 

Yeah, Islam is a century or so behind Christianity in that realm. Christianity has moved past that stage.
