Perhaps it is because these states do not have a significant number of individuals who feel compelled to get involved in matters that are simply not their own, and have no overwhelming need to interfere in the handling of affairs by individuals who wish to end their lives. Perhaps states that are conservative-oriented in their makeup have higher suicide rates, while state that are more liberal-oriented in their makeup have higher homicide rates. - - - Updated - - - Are you attempting to suggest that those who recognize these facts are inherently racist in their nature?

Meanwhile in Baltimore the 311th homicide has been recorded, a slight decrease from a year ago. The big however is that the total number of shooting has reached an all time record of over 900. So much for strict Maryland and B-More gun control laws and enforcement.
Yes. Much more needs to be done to reduce the gun deaths in these cities. We can look to any other first world nation as an example.
Such as the first world nations that have homogeneous cultures, and are largely devoid of minorities?
What you do and do not accept, or regard as either being valid, or an excuse, do not in any way change what is actually fact.
And what is actually fact, is that these supposed first world nations that have lower levels of firearm-related homicides, also have lower levels of minorities living in their country, and enjoying the same freedoms as non-minorities. The first world nations you support are racist.
There are many variables at play. But that does not deny the fact that their gun control works. It does.
Explain precisely how their laws work. Do they work because they are better enforced? Do they work because these nations you refuse to name have far less firearms than the united states? Do they work by the mere virtue of the fact that they exist at all? What is the mechanics behind their supposed success?
Or you and your fellow Democrats could just move to those other first world nations. After it is "your people" committing the crimes. Lets see how welcoming they will be. LOL
