In Angels And Insects the main character has finally escaped from the most dysfunctional family one can imagine. As he prepares to leave, he is approached by his soon to be ex wife (who has misled him at every step) who asks nervously “will you tell others what you have seen here?” He answers “Who could I tell that I would not also harm in the telling?” I mean...just wow!
