Well. When I went and chased the video about this, it occurred to me that it may be doctored. It seems that Snopes has also taken that into account, and places doubt on this claim. In my (legal) mind, if that video was reliable, Biden should and would have been charged at least with assault.

Even they don't say it's false. There's video of it and Snopes provides zero evidence that the video has been altered.

You say that now. What did you say when Trump refused to debate in Primaries? Because as I recall a ton of Trump haters had an absolute hissy fit. That was when I showed them that Presidents don't normally debate in the Primaries by using past examples, such as Obama. Now here they are saying "so what! Incumbent President's don't debate in primaries". Personally I have no problem with Biden not debating in the Primaries because its normal. I'm just pointing out the hypocrisy that is being displayed in this thread by those same people that hate Trump. Obviously you have a problem with it. I wonder why..........

 

Actually the allegation isn't "garbage". At this point it is neither false, nor true unless Maria speaks up in either direction. Sure those pics and video "could" be altered. But there is no proof of that either.

But I do find it interesting how many claims there are against Biden, a Democrat, of impropriety around women and children and yet his supporters deny the allegations or ignore them. But when it comes to someone with an "R" next to their name Democrats automatically treat it as the Gospel that that "R" absolutely positively DID do what is alleged. With even less evidence than what there is for this allegation against Biden.

Don't get me wrong, Republicans do the exact same thing when its reversed. Its the nature of politics I guess. Hypocrites one and all.

Personally I wish that each and every single claim was investigated, by a special investigator that has NO political affiliation for the past 30-40 years. No R. No D. And the people on the Team are mixed D's and R's and I's. With I's having the majority. And that investigation is OPEN to the public from start to finish. Only names can be redacted. And they can only use PROVABLE FACTS.
