So as Biden now tries to redeem himself and rewrite history, after Hill turned down his lame attempt to "apologize" a little reported turned up "“Not only didn’t I vote for Clarence Thomas, I believed her from the beginning. I was against Clarence Thomas, I did everything in my power to defeat Clarence Thomas and he won by the smallest margin anyone ever won going on the Supreme Court,” Biden told “The View’s” Joy Behar. But in 1998, Biden admitted to Specter that “It was clear to me from the way she was answering the questions, [Hill] was lying” about a key part of her testimony. The exchange was published in Specter’s 2000 memoir, “Passion for Truth: From Finding JFK’s Single Bullet to Questioning Anita Hill to Impeaching Clinton.” The issue is important, as the media and other partisans rewrite the historical record about Hill and her accusations. The widely watched hearings revealed inaccuracies in Hill’s various versions of events and ended with 58 percent of Americans believing Thomas and only 24 percent believing Hill. There was no gap between the sexes in the results. In the intervening years, activists have relentlessly attempted to change the narrative, writing fan fiction about Hill, bestowing honors on her, and asserting that her disputed allegations were credible."" So he's going to once again try to trash Thomas for his won political gain and giving fake credibility to Hill. So when will the first ad be running quoting Biden on the view juxtaposed with what Specter wrote in his book?
Biden is going to walk right over the left, showing them as the look up at his big shoes coming down that he is the master of the primary season.
Lol, master baiter maybe. He got pummeled early in every primary he ever entered. Now he’s got the me too problem and he looks like the body from weekend at Bernie’s. He will not be around after Iowa and New Hampshire. If the Dems are dumb enough to nominate him they deserve to lose again.
Biden could finish 2nd in Iowa, lose NH to Sanders and still be in the driver's seat if he wins SC and steamrolls on Super Tuesday. I would place the odds at ZERO of Biden "not being around after Iowa and NH". Bottom line, if Biden does get the Nom, all of the Bernie Bros., Etc. will have to get on board to stop Trump.
If he wins the nomination he has a fair shot at beating the horse’s ass but the Dems and republicans have many better options than these two blowhards. I hope we don’t have to suffer through the battle of depends guys next year. We deserve better.
Biden is going to have a fight on his hands. Republican women [ie. 'The View'] may like him but Democratic females [esp younger ones] not so much.
If Biden survives the primaries he will easily wallup Trump since many Republicans will cross party lines like they have been doing in Orange county in recent elections.
Not just California per the 2018 mid-term elections. Suburban Republicans are becoming uncomfortable with the GOP under Trump. In-fact, the president is the best recruiter for Democrats.
He ran twice for President and both times lost miserably. Why is he suddenly the attractive candidate?
I always recall the caution even Obama had running Biden. I suppose years down the road and it looking more and more like mr Obama has his own legal problems, that the admonition for Biden not to run seems to have been forgotten. To me, it sounds an aweful lot like the DNC taking one for the team, kind of like when Dole ran... Never any expectation that he'd win, just run so it looks like you made the effort. And then, hope you win in 2024..
Can't come up with a reasoned response? He ran twice for President and both times lost miserably. Why is he suddenly the attractive candidate?
Keep telling yourself that, Blues! You have not made a reasonable response. Your fear is obvious. You are afraid of Biden's candidacy as well you should be.
