Foreign Minister Julie Bishop has defended the cut in aid to Africa's poorest countries.

The Liberal government has slashed the aid to Africa by 70 per cent as part of a $1 billion cut this financial year and an overall reduction of $11.3 billion.

Africa has been leading the push to have the Liberal Government join in reducing Coal pollution, this opposition to Coal is good, and must back green energy has upset those of the Liberal Party, and so retaliate.
