Sounds like a very hostile work environment. She should sue the company for allowing this. She is there to work, not to be on display for the pleasure of a bunch of pigs. Yes, it is men who are at fault for women who have body issues. It starts with sexist advertising and "women's" magazines who buy into the male fantasy that women only exist for the pleasure of men.

That's a really good point. Plus does she have the stamina to vacuum the whole house after doing the laundry and cooking dinner? These are important questions I had not even considered in my horrible sexist fantasy. I hang my head in shame.
