I was sarcastically using their propaganda against them. They say you can't take on the government with rifles but that you need weapons of war to take on the government like tanks and f-15s but for some reason they want to take away these rifles because they call them weapons of war...
I'd like to know from those who have meltdowns over civilians (at least ones who are not government agents) owning AR 15s or other items they dishonestly deem "military weapons" tell us exactly what firearms teh second amendment was intended to protect?

Actually... rifles can do the job. F-15's won't land on airfields under fire. And when fuel trucks are intercepted, both F-15's and tanks become nothing but really big paperweights.
people don't realize how vital fuel is. I was watching a documentary on the later stages of the pacific war and the last 8 months or so=US fighter pilots were destroying hundreds of Japanese planes on airfields because the US submarines, naval surface ships and aircraft had strangled Japan's fuel supply.
