Breaking: National Alert Issued On Sheriff Arpaio Investigating Birth Certificates

Arpio is a legend in his own mind and, from what I hear, not much of a cop. I keep seeingstories about unsolved sex crimes in hiscounty.

Hasn't that fat pig more important things he could be doing with his time?

What makes anybody think that his analysis of the evidence is worth more than the FBI's?

How big a segment of the population of Maricopa County would have to be total idiots to keep Porky Arpio on the public payroll?

 

Wow! There are 300 absolute idiots in Maricopa County? Considering Arpaio keeps getting reelected, I would have thought the idiot number was higher.

However, those 300 do not create the jurisdiction for Arapaio's public display of idiocy.

 

I'd trust arpaio any day over what sits in the white house and anything associated with it. Maybe you haven't been following the trouble on the border. US government won't do a thing. Arizonans are trying to. I recognize just who the patriots are. And so does the majority of Americans.

Actually Arpaio was asked to investigate potential crimes committed which included Fraud and Forgery. That falls under his jurisdiction in Maricopa County. The Sec of State doesn't investigate crimes.

Really? He is investigating fraud and forgery in Hawaii? Why would a county sheriff investigate things not in his county, not in his state, not even on the same (*)(*)(*)(*)ing continent he lives on?

If there was fraud, and that is a very big if, then it falls under the State of Hawaii. If it is electoral fraud, it falls to the attorney general of the state of Arizona, not the country sherif. Eithee way, he is way out of his jurisdiction. But it would be the same fiasco that Sheriff Joe had when he attempted to file RICO charges on certain country elected officials some two years ago. Oh well.

 

What "authorities"? This is a press release from a private lobbying agency/professional organization.

There HAS been a LOT of new information coming out since this debate started. There was:

1. Obama's COLB released in 2008, showing him born in Hawaii
2. Obama's "long" birth certificate, showing him born in Hawaii
3. The contemporaneous birth announcements in Hawaii newspapers, showing him born in Hawaii
4. The CIA/FBI security checks he passed, showing him born in Hawaii
5. The multiple, consistent statements by numerous and frankly exasperated-sounding Hawaiian officials in the Governor's office, the Department of Health, and the Registrar, showing him born in Hawaii

So I don't see how you can say there hasn't been any new information... there's been plenty!

Sorry but I was away looking for sources of Arpaio having jurisdiction. I found these two:

Arpaio is investigating the Obama birth certificate because “if this was a fraud, then the people of this county were defrauded as well, thereby giving him jurisdiction to investigate,” his spokeswoman Lisa Allen wrote in an email to The Daily Beast.

Here is a quote from some guy named Mike Zullo, the lead investigator, from a article I just found that mentions jurisdiction:

And Zullo insisted that Arpaio has jurisdiction.

He said the White House, under pressure, never produced an actual document for people to examine.

“They produced an electronic file,” Zullo said.

“The fact that that document was put up on the web site of the White House for distribution to anyone in the country, the world, who wanted to see it, was a representation made to the people of Maricopa County, including a press conference where the president himself attests, ‘this is my document, proof positive,’” Zullo said.

“You fraud one person in Maricopa County with that, you fraud every person in Maricopa County.”
