And the Constitution of the United States says he can't tell the State of Hawaii to break their own laws.

No birther claim has been debunked. The courts refuse to get involved , saying the plaintiffs have no standing or else this is a political not a legal issue.

The no standing claim is preposterous esp when the plaintiff is a soldier being asked to risk his life following obozo's orders.

And it's equally preposterous to claim this is not a legal issue since in 2000 the SC decided the presidency!!!

 

That won't work. There really is no conceivable way for obozo to convince people of who he is. He's been so secretive thus far that no matter what evidence he releases now, it won't be believed. If he is who he says he is, he should have proved it in 2008.

And third- what court authorized examiners? No court is involved in any form or way in this?

It also took 4-5 days of flying to get to Hawaii from Kenya in 1961 because there were NO international airports in Mombasa or Nairobi until 1979 and no direct flights.

And it is no legal issue- since Barack Obama has been President since January 2009. And every single legal action Birthers have filed they have been ruled against- every court, every elections commission- and they keep coming- they lost their ballot challenge in Penn this week.

 

The courts have regularly ruled that the claims are preposterous without basis or fact, and have laughed the claims and claimants out of court, sometimes with penalties for filing such idiocies and lying.

The father was a foreign student in the US on a student visa.. and as long as he was on US soil he was under US jurisdiction..

His father was a resident of the US, that puts him under the jurisdiction of the US government.

His mother was a US citizen.

President Obama was born on US soil and is therefore a natural-born citizen of the United States.

Preserve,Protect and Defend the Constitution of the United States

Actually, just about every mainstreem media outlet reported the story, with none of them rushing to make fun of the sheriff or his investigation, while word combination "Obama birth certificate" has jumped to 11,800,000 from about 1,500,000 a year ago.

In the final analysis, only Congress has the power to challenge Barack Obama’s eligibility to be President of the United States under the Constitution; and on January 8, 2009, the Congress, in joint session, certified his election by the Electoral College without objection.
