Hoping this link works properly. This is a case brought by Loy Brunson of Utah, and miraculously it was granted certiorari at SCOTUS.

If one is into constitutional governance, the rule of law and love of country, this case holds much potential for good.

How does sueing every Democrat in Congress, The president, the vice president, and Mike pence have potential for any good. Here is a summary of the case:

Mr. Brunson filed a pro se civil action in Utah state court against hundreds of members of Congress, President Joseph Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and former Vice President Michael Pence. He alleged that before accepting the electoral votes on January 6, 2021, defendants intentionally refused to investigate evidence that the November 2020 presidential election was fraudulent. Mr. Brunson likened defendants' conduct to an act of war against the United States Constitution that violated their oath to uphold the Constitution and his right to participate in an honest and fair election. He advanced constitutional, tort, and promissory estoppel claims and sought almost three billion dollars in damages. He also asked for injunctive relief including removal of defendants from office and reinstatement of Donald Trump as President of the United States.

If successful this would distroy the Constitution and create chaos. I think January 6 was closer to an act of war against the Cunstitution.

Quite the opposite Sirius, but thanks for the civil reply. First thing, you should take a few minutes to read the actual documents submitted to the court, especially the 2 Amicus briefs that were just filed 28 and 31 December.

The compelling argument is that those members of Congress refused to examine the mountains of evidence that have accumulated since the election that show the election to have many highly questionable events. Some members of Congress DID want to examine the evidence of malfeasance and criminal behavior, but they were the distinct minority and were not served. They at least went on the record and attempted to get Congress to do its job.

385 members refused to examine the anomalies. THEY alone were served. They violated their oaths of office and committed what could easily be construed as treason.

The sideline to the story is that the SCOTUS Clerk was most cooperative and very helpful to the plaintiffs Brunson.

With respect to a government as thoroughly corrupt as the USG -- a government that could not function without bribery and coercion, it might be good to expose all of the corrupt practices, but it would probably not be good to remove all of the elected politicians from office except through free and fair elections.

Excellent explanation by Tim on Red Voice Media! So it will be a two step process. That makes sense to this layman.

Are there 4 patriots in SCOTUS?
