The guns in the photo are not legal in CA. This is another example of how gun laws only affect law abiding citizens and give criminals an advantage. I grew up here in CA and feel that my government cares more about criminals than me.

Oh, but I'm sure they will change their ways and are in the process of turning their lives around.

They were probably smuggled in from Mexico along with the rest of the illegal drugs they were smuggling.

Honestly, if someone is a drug dealer it's not surprising they would have access to illegal guns too.

And why do they need guns? To solve disputes. Because if there is a problem involving their business it's not exactly like they can just go to the police for help.

What do we really think we are really accomplishing by taking away guns from criminals who are simply involved in selling illegal things?

Oppose and speak out against a failed justice system... and this is your response?

It was self defense. Most law abiding people recognize that.

Where is your source for the claim that they are out on bail?

California Attorney General Rob Bonta announces speaks during a press conference at the San Bernardino Police Station, Thursday, Dec. 9, 2021, in San Bernardino, Calif. Authorities have announced the takedown of a Southern California street gang that included 180 arrests and the seizure of illegal gambling machines, drugs and guns.

Yes, California Attorney General Rob Bonta is aligned with these Soros types, but he certainly seems to want to appear otherwise as he preps for the 2022 election!

Voting with your feet is extremely underrated. It's an option you don't consider much until it isn't there.

I think there are real issues of justice around, but most of these measures are absolutely insane and are not coming from that angle.

Instead what they're doing is creating a revolving door of criminals, in and out with no consequences, on equity grounds.

You could move to my part of California where we do our own thing regarding gun laws and concealed carry permits.

this is an example of good gun laws. the gang members are back on the street (unless they are being held) but the guns are not. no "law abiding citizens are inconvenienced.

gang membership is a red flag and should negate any 2nd amendment considerations.

How long do you think it will take those gang member to get new guns? With good gun laws, they would have been locked up for a very long time.

I'm confused - I read the article, and I didn't see any reference to these gang members being let go by lib policies. Perhaps you can point me to that?

    Where is that?

I realize that those with little to no knowledge of firearms and crime will see this as "Good". While gun laws provide killers with easy victims, some will see being raped/murdered as being inconvenienced.

Do you really believe that the same people that obtained the illegal weapons in this pic will not be able to obtain more of the same?
