So, Holder is hired to sue Trump to try in vein to retain the failed policies of Obama in California. It promises to be great political fodder pitting AG against AG for the hilarious battle of States vs Federal rights... in opposite roles. Immigration is not a state issue. Healthcare shouldn't be a federal issue, but Obama's administration made it one. Climate change has never been a state issue, but California is welcome to run its businesses out of state. Grab the popcorn ;)

I'm amazed that there's any middle class at all in California with their tax policies.

If healthcare shouldn't be a federal issue then why are republicans working on a healthcare plan? Repeal it and leave it to the states.

I dunno about that , the FEHB Program for federal employees, retirees and their survivors is pretty damn good. It baffles me why Congress cannot just use that as a guideline for all insurance regs.

back to topic, Holder and California are a match made in heaven

Because it's a program that we cannot afford. Maybe we should all have the same healthcare that members of Congress have. See?

Holder should be headed to jail over the Fast & Furious fail that took the lives of untold Mexican citizens.

I'm betting that sanctuary cities go bye-bye. Whatever happens, it will definitely be popcorn worthy...

This is much too sane an idea to gain any traction whatsoever.

Exactly. Once dispensed, the expectation of use is built in. That applies to both toothpaste and healthcare programs.

Yup. And as soon as California breaks away from the union, I will be applying for political asylum. I am most definitely one of the tired, the poor, the huddled California residents yearning to breathe free, hopefully that counts for something...

And this is a problem, why?

Stop hyperventilating over California just doing not itself, but the entire US a great service.

There isn't really. Half their income is from 1% of Californians.

California needs regime change and a "Make California Great Again" movement.

But Mexican socialist, leftist progressive loons and stupid people outnumber American deplorables 3 to 1 in Mexifornia.

It's the duty of all state governments to fight Washington. Washington is thousands of miles from Sacramento. It's just odd that Democrats are doing it when they're usually against states' rights.
